Website design in Yorkshire (www picture)

The ideal scenario would be for your site to come up on the first page of the majority of search engine websites. This doesn't happen by chance. Your website cannot be boosted up the rankings by any means other than excellent site structure & keywording together with popularity measures.

  • Create or re-design your website with search engines in mind (maintaining usability).
  • Come up top on web searches (eg. first page of Google).
  • Make sure that a direct search would not be dominated by portal sites and finder' sites.
  • Avoid the need to spend unnecessary money on search engine optimisation companies or web advertising.
  • Reduce other marketing & promotional costs.
  • Manage web advertising such as Google Adwords.

A website example.........

Mountfuji

Specifically designed to sell food online, this website was originally created in 2001 by Paul Smith, it has been managed and updated by the owners since this time. It was done with search engine performance in mind. (A) denotes a worldwide web search (not just UK) for Japanese food. (B) denotes that google returned over 19 million pages. (C) denotes the position that Paul Smith's website currently achieves. (D) denotes some advertisers who are willing to pay to display adverts. As you can see, this website does incredibly well in a fiercely competitive, high volume, search market.

This Japanese Green Tea site was originally designed in 2001. Just look at this Google search page for a worldwide search; it throws up 7 million pages and guess where the site is ranked? It will be redesigned in the next couple of months (fresh images, no tables and new content).
